Using Rightly Sourced

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or submitting a material-list requirement, and to use the platform only for genuine purchasing and sourcing purposes.

Direct purchase vs. sourcing requests

Rightly Sourced offers two ways to buy, and it's important to understand the difference:

• Direct purchase — you select available products, see the price and any delivery charge at checkout, and place an order.
• Sourcing request (material list) — you submit a requirement, we work to find a suitable genuine seller, and you're shown a quotation to review. Submitting a requirement is not an order and is not charged by itself — payment is only requested if and when you choose to proceed through checkout.

Pricing and payment

Prices, applicable delivery charges, and the final payable amount are shown before you complete payment at checkout. Rightly Sourced supports online payment and, where offered, cash on delivery.

Sellers on the marketplace

Products and quotations on Rightly Sourced are fulfilled by genuine third-party dealers, distributors, retailers and suppliers. Rightly Sourced works to connect your requirement with a suitable seller; it does not itself manufacture the products listed.

Intellectual property

The Rightly Sourced name, logo, and the content of this website and app belong to Rightly Sourced or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

Rightly Sourced works to connect buyers with genuine sellers and to present accurate product and quotation information, but is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, such as seller stock changes or delivery delays caused by third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of Rightly Sourced after an update means you accept the revised terms.
