What to expect for delivery once you place a direct-purchase order or accept a quotation.

Delivery address

You choose or confirm a delivery address as part of checkout, before payment. Make sure it's accurate — the address you confirm is where your order will be delivered.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge, and whether free delivery applies to your order, is shown at checkout before you pay — so you can see the final payable amount, not just the product price.

Order tracking

Once placed, orders move through the following stages, visible in the app: Placed, Packed, Shipped, Out for delivery, and Delivered.

Delivery for sourcing requests

If you submitted a material-list requirement and chose a quotation tier, delivery works the same way as a direct purchase once your items are added to cart and you complete checkout.

Pending business input — estimated delivery timelines, serviceable PIN codes, and what happens after a failed or undeliverable delivery attempt are not yet published here. We have not invented delivery-time commitments; these should be confirmed before being added.
