LAST REVIEWED NOVEMBER 2026Information we collect
When you browse products, build a material list, request a quotation, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and the details of the products or materials you're interested in.
How we use it
- To show you relevant products and process checkout or quotation requests.
- To connect your order or material-list requirement with a suitable genuine seller.
- To arrange delivery and keep you updated on order status.
- To respond when you contact our support team.
Sharing your information
To fulfil an order or quotation, we share the necessary details (such as your delivery address and order contents) with the seller and delivery partner involved in that order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Our website and app use the cookies and local storage needed for core functionality, such as keeping you signed in and remembering items in your cart.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that it be deleted, subject to what we're required to retain for order, tax and legal records.
